生物活性：Amivantamab (JNJ-61186372) 是一種人源 EGFR-MET 雙特異性抗體，具有免疫抗癌活性。Amivantamab 可以抑制配體結(jié)合，促進(jìn)受體-抗體復(fù)合物的內(nèi)吞作用和降解，并誘導(dǎo)巨噬細(xì)胞的 Fc 依賴性胞吞作用和自然殺傷細(xì)胞的抗體依賴性細(xì)胞毒性。

體外：Amivantamab (JNJ-61186372)(0.05-1 mg/mL) 導(dǎo)致 Ba/F3 細(xì)胞活力顯著且劑量依賴性降低，EGFR 下游信號通路磷酸化 EGFR (pEGFR)、磷酸化 AKT (pAKT)、磷酸化 ERK (pERK) 和磷酸化 S6 (pS6) 也顯著降低[2]。 Amivantamab (JNJ-61186372) 可以通過下調(diào) EGFR 和 MET 信號通路在具有 EGFR Exon20ins 突變的 NSCLC 患者來源的癌細(xì)胞中具有有效的抗腫瘤活性[2]。 MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods.
