建筑材料難燃性試驗機 

符合GB/T8625、DIN4102《建筑材料難燃性試驗方法》，在規(guī)定的條件下判定建筑材料是否具有難燃性，凡是經(jīng)過燃燒豎爐試驗合格并能通過建筑材料可燃性試驗的材料均可定為難燃性建筑材料。

本方法的試驗裝置主要包括燃燒豎爐及控制儀表兩部分

一、建筑材料難燃性試驗儀試驗裝置:

1、燃燒豎爐：燃燒豎爐主要由燃燒室、燃燒器、試件支架、空氣穩(wěn)流器及煙道等部分組成。其外形尺寸為1 020mm×1 020mm×3 930mm。

2、燃燒室：燃燒室由爐壁和爐門構(gòu)成，其內(nèi)空尺寸為800mm×800mm×2 000mm。爐壁為保溫夾層結(jié)構(gòu)，爐門分為上、下兩門，分別用鉸鏈與爐體連接，其結(jié)構(gòu)與爐壁相似。兩門借助手輪和固定螺桿與爐體閉合。在上爐門和燃燒室后壁設有觀察窗。

3、燃燒器：燃燒器水平置于燃燒室中心，距爐底1 000mm處。

4、試件支架：試件支架為高1 000mm的長方體框架，框架四個側(cè)面設有調(diào)節(jié)試件安裝距離的螺桿，框架由角鋼制成.

5、空氣穩(wěn)流器：空氣穩(wěn)流器為一角鋼制成的方框，設置于燃燒器下方。方框底部鋪設鐵絲網(wǎng)，其上鋪設玻璃纖維氈。

6、煙道：燃燒豎爐的煙道為方形的通道，其截面積為500mm×500mm，并位于爐子頂部，下部與燃燒室相通，上部與外部煙囪相接。

二、建筑材料難燃性試驗儀控制儀表：

燃燒豎爐的控制儀表包括流量計、熱電偶、溫度記錄儀及溫度顯示儀表等。

1、流量計：甲烷氣和壓縮空氣所用流量計，甲烷為6~60L/MIN可調(diào)，空氣為3~30L/MIN可調(diào)。

2、熱電偶：煙道氣溫度和爐壁溫度的測定均采用精度為Ⅱ級，外徑不大于3mm的鎳鉻—鎳硅鎧裝熱電偶。

3、溫度記錄儀及顯示儀表：溫度記錄儀采用精度為0．5級的可連續(xù)記錄的電子電位差計；溫度數(shù)字顯示儀的精度為±0．5％土一個字。兩種儀表與熱電偶配套并用。

1, the combustion furnace: combustion furnace is composed of a combustion chamber, a burner, specimen bracket, air regulator and flue components. Its size is 1 020mm × 1 020mm × 3 930mm.

2, the combustion chamber: the chamber formed by the furnace wall and the furnace door, the inner space size is 800mm × 800mm × 2 000mm. Two, building materials burning tester control instrument:

The combustion furnace control instruments including meter, thermocouple, temperature recorder and temperature display instrument.

1, the flowmeter flowmeter: methane gas and compressed air, methane is 6~60L/MIN adjustable, adjustable air 3~30L/MIN.

2, the thermocouple: Determination of flue gas temperature and wall temperature of the gasifier are used in precision for grade II, outside diameter less than 3mm nickel chromium - nickel silicon thermocouple.
