1、使用250mm×90mm的模板切割試樣。如果試樣為融化收縮制品，則選用250mm×180mm的模板。

2、將試樣夾在尺寸為250mm×90mm試樣夾內(nèi)，擰緊蝶母，固定好試樣。融化收縮制品樣夾尺寸為250mm×180mm。此時(shí)試樣夾先不要裝到水平桿上。

3、打開電源開關(guān)，將點(diǎn)火時(shí)間設(shè)的稍長一些，比如5min。根據(jù)點(diǎn)火方式選擇相應(yīng)的定位器，按試驗(yàn)開始，燃燒器在45°位置停止后，將定位器的一端插入燃燒器中。此時(shí)將試樣夾裝到水平桿上，調(diào)節(jié)試樣夾的上下左右位置，使其符合試驗(yàn)要求。將定位器取出。按返回鍵。等燃燒器復(fù)位后，按試驗(yàn)清零。
