本試驗臺是針對各種絕緣材料制成產(chǎn)品在生產(chǎn)線環(huán)節(jié)做在線高壓耐壓檢測使用，本試驗臺可一次檢測100個產(chǎn)品，通過電壓擊穿試驗儀設置好升壓速率和耐壓及裝卡好試樣后，試驗臺上下電極固定板會自動合攏，試樣夾具會自動加緊試驗，夾住試樣，并自動升壓至設置電壓，當耐壓時間到時，自動切斷試驗電壓并自動抬起到初始位置，耐壓檢測過程中，如果某一個試樣的耐壓強度不夠被擊穿時，系統(tǒng)會自動切斷改產(chǎn)品回路的電壓，并記錄耐壓時間，同時其他被測樣品耐壓檢測正常進行，被測時間到后，系統(tǒng)會自動提示不合格產(chǎn)品的標號（1-100號），當試驗完畢后方可檢出不合格產(chǎn)品。本試驗臺控制系統(tǒng)采用真彩觸摸屏顯示方式。操作軟件界面包含設置參數(shù)及試驗參數(shù)等可選項，系統(tǒng)運行可靠，故障率極低，可以運用在生產(chǎn)線上大批量檢測絕緣類產(chǎn)品。
